These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stoic Diary website and application ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Stoic Diary is an online service for goal planning and journaling. A free version is available to all users, along with an optional paid subscription that offers additional features.

2. Registration, Account, and Security

Access to the Service is provided via Google login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Stoic Diary is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the loss or sharing of your login information.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription terms and current pricing are available within the app interface. Payments may be processed through third-party services. All payment-related issues are governed by the terms of those external services.

4. User Content and Privacy

All user data is stored in encrypted form. Journal content is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Use of Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the Service and to collect anonymous usage statistics. Disabling cookies may limit the availability of certain features.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The developer is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website or within the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes related to the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to explore the full functionality of Stoic Diary.

If you’ve purchased a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Please contact us at anatoly.sorokin.business@gmail.com

Refunds are processed via the payment provider used. Once the refund is issued, access to paid features will be revoked.
